"This agent is negligent. Have been a State Farm customer for 25 years. I got insurance for a new car, and did not receive my temporary cards until requesting them days after establishing the new policy. After over a month, I had not received permanent cards or binder, and my car loan holder mailed to say they would revoke my loan due to lack of insurance. State Farm's national line had no record of my car being insured. After not being able to reach Heather during office hours, and being shrugged off by an assistant, I took of work to go to her office to speak with someone. No one was there, lights off, multiple days of mail on the floor, and no sign indicated they should be closed. Very unprofessional and lacking basic standard of care for clients. An agent's job is to make sure your policy is valid!"

"Extremely difficult to reach. Rarely returns calls and rarely responds to emails. Doesn't seem interested in maintaining my relationship with State Farm. This person is a blight on State Farm's reputation. Stay away!"

"Due to a computer generated decision State Farm canceled my insurance on two of my policies after 30 + years if being with them. Unfortunately, I got the notification before Heather did and was quite upset. Heather was amazing! She was understanding of my frustration and championed my cause, getting the decision reviewed by underwriters and got me reinstated! I was angry and she remained calm, understanding and professional. Thank you Heather! I look forward to many more years of working with you."

"This woman is a natural born liar . She told me I was good to on insurance, come to find out my duplex wasnt insured at all for months . When I called they told me it was because of my mistake. Luckily I've dealt with bad insurers before and kept detailed logs of her writing I was good to go.. she called back and apologized only after I called her higher ups and reported her .. she then tried to say that she doesnt email with anyone and my emails werent form her ?? Weird .. anyways be very careful with her and keep detailed logs of everything se sais and writes if you must use her"
